In general, Realtors® and real estate agents perform very valuable services and if they do the right job for you, they will certainly earn every penny they are paid. The issue is just like any other business, you get your money’s worth IF you make sure to find an agent that has the experience and professionalism to provide you the services you need.

Myth 1, “it does not cost me anything” Myth 2, “They will help me get the best deal” Myth 3 “I don’t know enough to do it on my own” In fact you can do without agent assistance and save many thousands of dollars if you have the right guidance from another source.
